It was a public holiday on 13th January because it was Coming of Age Day in Japan. Coming of Age Day is a day to congratulate all the 20 year olds in Japan and to help them realise that they're now adults that can make their own decisions.

Tonari no Seki-kun - OVA More is better when it comes to Tonari no Seki-kun. The only bad thing about this OVA is that it confirms for me that the TV adaptation of Tonari no Seki-kun would be even better if it were 12 minutes instead of 6.
