Sword Art Online II With the spring adaptation of Sword Art Online II getting closer and closer, there will definitely be a lot of material coming out for it in various Japanese magazines and likely a solid overseas push as well.

The official website for the Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi: Yokozawa Takafumi no Baai anime film began streaming the first full trailer for the film on Friday. The trailer features the theme song, "Yasashii Kiseki" (Gentle Miracle) by Shuhei Kita.

Question: It might be politically incorrect, but would it be inaccurate to attribute the early-to-mid-2000s domestic anime bubble -and its subsequent bursting- to wishy-washy American fangirls who treated anime as a fad, rather than a hobby?
